The item is labeled as being a 4 way test strip, and it does test for 4 things. However, two of the things are chlorine and bromine. As a sanitizer, you would only use one or the other, not both. Therefore, you are really only testing three things. There are other 4 way strips that test either bromine or chlorine, and then pH, alkalinity and hardness. That's a more complete test.
Works fine and price is fine

The price is reasonable for this item. Also, the performance is fine. In other words, it measures what it is supposed to measure and is fast (just have to swirl it in the spa; don't have to stick it in and wait 15 minutes like some).
My only issue is that I prefer to have chlorine only test strips because I sometimes use this type. In the chlorine only test strips the chlorine is the top test. On this one it is Bromine (and similar color) so I have to remember to look down the strip for Chlorine.
But as I said, it works fine. And I suppose, if you go back and forth between bromine and chlorine, this is a plus. But in my case I'll buy the chlorine only from the spa store and when I don't feel like going I order these from Amazon.
